Rates

- A Hero's Welcome (Available on Drop-off service only): clean the computer inside and out, removing viruses, spyware, and dust bunnies, as well as improving performance for a mere $40.
- Home Network Setup runs $75, includes 2 computers; additional computers can be added with hourly rate.
- Windows reinstall runs $75 and includes hardware driver installation and Windows Updates, anti-virus and spyware protection, and burning software.
- Data backup, if possible, runs $20.
- Hourly rate for Drop-Off and At-Home service is $30.
- Trip fee for At-Home repair is $20.
- Diagnostic fee is $20, which is removed if services are rendered.
